Jená Bellezza
Jená Bellezza has a passion for helping and serving others.

And it’s that passion that, as IPI's Chief Operating Officer, motivates her to achieve IPI's vision of thriving families throughout Indiana.

Reared by a single parent after her father’s death at age 9, Jená is well acquainted with the struggles parents face, and is eager to let them know that these struggles are indeed manageable and can be overcome, as experienced in her own life.

In her position, Jená is instrumental in developing IPI’s collaborations with funders, schools, youth-serving organizations, faith-based organizations, state and local organizations, and family service agencies and CBOs throughout Indiana who are committed to advancing the wellbeing of families. Currently, she is actively engaged in developing the IPI brand in South Bend and in Indianapolis.

Jená serves on several state and local boards and committees, including:
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission, Chairman
  • Governor's Workforce Cabinet
